Program Commitment
EWM is a year-long experience designed for women who are ready to engage meaningfully with themselves, with one another, and with the process of growth.
Participation includes

Attendance at the annual retreat
Consistent engagement throughout the program year
Respectful participation within the community
Because the experience is intentionally intimate, each participant plays an important role in shaping the collective experience. We ask applicants to consider carefully whether they have the time, capacity, and willingness to engage fully in the journey.
Program Calendar
Collective gatherings are held in person, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Cohort gatherings may be in person or virtual, 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Please review the full calendar before proceeding.

Program Investment
The true cost of participation is significantly higher than the participant contribution. Through generous philanthropic support, EWM is able to subsidize a substantial portion of the program experience, making this opportunity accessible to a broader community of women.
Confidential scholarship support is available for participants who require financial assistance. Financial circumstances are never considered during the admissions review process.
